Our training vertical which has been operational in India since 2013 and now has a purpose to provide training on areas of new and emerging trends hence offering a unique platform for learning to telecom professionals. Our faculty specializes on multiple platforms particularly on (RNO, RNP, O&M etc) and advanced technologies like HSPA+, LTE Advanced, IMS, VOLTE, 5G etc. and has been providing training to telecom professionals majorly in Asia (countries like Iran , Indonesia etc.) and Africa (central African countries and South Africa).

Classroom Instructor-Led Training (cILT)

Classroom Instructor-Led Training (cILT) are in-class instructor led training. cILT include application simulations and media elements such as animations and videos keep in mind that the training will happen in a classroom setting (virtual or physical) and a live instructor will interact with the learners. Trained 5,000 Telecom Professionals so far.

VILT: Virtual Instructor-Led Training

vILT: Virtual Instructor-Led Training provides knowledge-level learning delivered via a virtual classroom tool. The design of VILT programs provide a different approach than classroom or online asynchronous programs.vILT provide the instructor and student with mechanisms to communicate frequently, and keep the content engaging and collaborative. Delivered more than 2000 hoours vILT Session across the globe.

E-Learning:

E-Learning: An eLearning is web-based, mobile based, or even part of a wearable device. The duration for modules is a maximum of 20 minutes. A web-based learning (WBT), is a stand-alone asynchronous course and also can be part of a blended solution.

Mobile Learning (M-learning):

Mobile Learning (M-learning) use an application on Smartphones, tablets, where the customer has a particular task in mind. Customers, when using their Smartphones are moving and would want to complete the task as quickly. Interaction areas need to be easy to tap and information should be large enough to read from a distance. Specific graphical design is for slow internet connections. E-Learning for wearable devices give learners the opportunity to interact with the moderators/communities directly and therefore more engaging for our audience.

Assessments:

Assessments are a set of dynamic questions or observable activities that evaluates learner knowledge and/or skill based on the learning objectives for a course (not dependent on mode of delivery). Assessments for different levels of existing employees creates as per customer requirements for skill gap analysis and trainings. Assessment deliverables include the questions, distracters and feedback for correct and incorrect responses.
